Barn Red Chalk Mineral Paint
Barn Red is a warm, deep red. This cheerful color will remind you of the sun shining on the side of a rustic barn.
Use this vibrant red to add a playful pop of color or tone it down and distress it with a dark wax. Barn Red will look beautiful in your farmhouse kitchen but can be used to add character to any room.
Instructions
Clean your piece, preferably with Dixie Belle Cleaner, to remove dust and grime.
Paint with your favorite Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint color using a lightly dampened brush.
Most pieces will take 1 to 2 coats for full coverage. Occasionally, after the first coat dries, it’ll look blotchy. Do not freak out! It’ll be beautiful after the second coat!
Sometimes you will see brushstrokes, don't worry, as the paint dries, they will disappear. Dixie Belle Paint is self leveling.
Dry time: 15 minutes - Cure time: 21-30 days
